Every Zac Mens suit is built around you — from the first appointment to the final wear.
Consultation
The initial appointment allows the client to select his or her preferred cloth from our collection. We carry over 2,000 luxury fabrics from Dormeuil, Cavani, Luciano and Ermenegildo Zegna. Upon choosing the fabric, the specific style of lapel, buttons, trimmings and fit — the client will then be measured by one of our fitters.
First Fitting
This is when you get to try on the suit for the first time. Together with your fitter you are able to make alterations — loosening the waist, shortening the pants or refining the silhouette. Adjustments are made, the suit is dry cleaned and pressed, and a final fitting is planned.
Final Fitting
The final fitting consists of trying on the suit in its complete form and making sure you are 100% satisfied with the outcome. Together with your fitter you will be styled with a complimentary pocket square and tie to suit your occasion.
After Care
Shirts: Undo all buttons before washing, remove collar stands, wash individually in cold water, drip dry and iron while slightly damp. Suits: Dry clean only — limit cleaning to once a season to protect the wool fibres. Always store your garment in a well-ventilated area.
Our Ongoing Relationship
We also offer dry cleaning services for your custom made garments to be refreshed every season. We love what we do so we are happy to alter your garments further down the track if you want to change the fit, at an additional cost. Alterations can be done also on garments from other stores.
